Principle Duties:
Maintain a positive attitude and solution-oriented outlook
Promptly and professionally answer the phone
Effectively and efficiently book appointments based on customer need
Politely greet guests and members as they enter the clinic
Efficiently and effectively check members in and out for appointments
Capitalize on opportunities to upgrade services that will benefit the customer
Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the facility
Maintain client files
Make appointment reminder calls daily
Ensure that every customer interaction exceeds expectations
Other duties as assigned
Understands, believes in and upholds Massage Envy's Vision, Values, & Service Essentials
