Our team, Training Delivery, is part of Sales Operations and support Retail and TPR Sales. Our larger team is comprised of a team of approximately 50 Field Trainers, a team of 7 Virtual Trainers, and a small Reporting and Analytics team. Our team interfaces cross-functionally with other teams in support of Sales Readiness for new hires and any training programs that are launched to our sales force. Our interns will be part of a major launch that will change how we train our new hires in our largest markets. We will be rolling out a number of Training Centers where dedicated trainers will execute the onboarding of our new Retail stores hires in 2-week long courses Enterprise Core CompetenciesRequires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.Essential Functions*Gather moderately complex data inputs from multiple sources, both internally and externally. Run data queries from reporting tools, ensuring integrity of data and reporting*Partner with customers & stakeholders on the development and production of a wide range of reports. Ensure delivery meets agreed upon requirements.*Identify and communicate insights to stakeholders*Responsible for the analysis, design, & testing of various enhancements & changes to reports or information portals.*Complete moderately complex ad-hoc research, analysis, and reporting

Pursuing Graduate degreeSuccessful completion of coursework/Major inBusiness, Finance, Information Management or related field*Experience mining data and developing reports using a variety of reporting/analytics software packages with an aptitude for learning new reporting software packages*Strong technical and analytical skills*Demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities & deliverables in a fast-paced, dead-line oriented environment*Strong organizational, problem solving, and analysis skillsDesired*Proficiency with SQL queriesAdditionalLocation: Bellevue, WATimeframe: Summer 2015 (Start June) for 12 weeksCandidates should have background experience, skills, and/or education appropriate to position description. Candidates must be currently enrolled in school or post-graduation of twelve months. Background checks are required for interns.
