As a Truly Nolen Summer Field Tech, you will have the opportunity to be a mission-critical member of our team while delivering the highest level of service to our customers. You will work with a portfolio of valued customers to provide a variety of technical services using the latest equipment, materials and processes to protect their homes and businesses against pest infestations and other threats. It's expected that you will come to feel a sense of ownership for your route and take accountability for the completion of work and overall satisfaction of your customers. You will also be expected to care for your issued vehicle and top-of-the-line equipment including the revolutionary Exacticide (http://www.technicide.com/products/exacticide) and a power sprayer.

This is a seasonal position as a member of our elite summer squad; the program runs from late April through August. Many of our reps and techs return year after year and from time-to-time we have permanent full-time positions that come available.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer service and quality customer communication!
Technical expertise and mastery of equipment, materials and processes
Management of schedule and tasks
Record, service order and receipt management
Occasional collection of payment
Basic maintenance and management of vehicle and equipment
Passive sales activities from time-to-time
Other contributions to office and operations as necessary
