Order Picker - Electric Pallet Jack - Full-time

ORDER FILLER/PICKER

The Order Filler/Picker is responsible for filling customer orders and staging the pallet that meet company standards for safety, security, and productivity. The Order Filler is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.
Order Picking: Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Stack product on pallet and shrink wrap for shipment. Transport orders to shipping locations using an Electric Pallet Jack. Tag or mark orders as requested.
Repack: Repack and weigh any orders that require such handling when necessary, and/or instructed to do so. Always report quality variances immediately to your Lead/Supervisor/Manager.
Quality: Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
Equipment: Operate Electric Pallet Jack in performance of order filling duties when required. On a daily basis, inspect the equipment report any damages or maintenance required
Inventory: Conduct physical inventories as requested.
Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Work safety. Comply with OSHA and MSDS Standards.

Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma preferred Experience (the minimum level of direct experience in a similar position) 6–12 months Knowledge/Experience/Skills: The Order Filler/Picker must be able to read and count accurately, do simple math, and write legibly. He/she must be able to operate a Pallet Jack and RF Scanner equipment and have completed a forklift training program. The Order Filler/Picker must be capable of standing and walking for extended periods of time. The ability to follow directions is extremely important.
