Lead

Team Lead -- Each one of the direct labor work groups described above shall have at least one lead that is accountable for the overall performance of the workgroup. For Processing and Sorting, back-up leads shall also be in place. Staff filling these positions should have strong staff leadership skills as well as good technical/automation skills to work with UPS operating systems. Leads should be able to monitor work progress and be able to direct line staff in their activities so that the daily work plan/finish time is met while overall quality is maintained.
