Automation Personnel Services is Currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative

Ability to use the internet for Company Business related Internet Research
Min 2 years in Customer Service in a high volume, heavy phone-based call center or customer service center setting.
Data Entry (MIN 2 YRS)
Ability to draft Letters, Emails, and Memos in proper format and utilize above average language skills
Microsoft Excel
Ability to understand; speak; write, and read in English and Spanish is REQUIRED;
Above average Reading Comprehension and Analytical Skills are REQUIRED
Microsoft Word
Ability to multi-task; Ability to remain Organized in a high demand environment
Business appropriate tlephone etiquette
Typing 40-50 WPM Creative Problem Solving

Investigate and analyze client complaints to identify and resolve issues.
Proficiency in preparing, proofreading, and analyzing quarterly reports
Knowledge and experience handling commercial shipping companies; run data reports using advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
Demonstrate proficiencies in telephone, e-mail, fax for the Marketing Service Department within a busy high-volume environment.
Transfer calls to corresponding departments accordingly.
Handle customers effectively by identifying needs, quickly gaining trust, approaching complex situations and resolving problems to maximize efficiency.
Successfully utilize office systems and databases, policies and procedures while focusing on minimizing errors and generating superior results.

Background and Drug Screen are required

Compensation: $11.50/hr
