This position is responsible for direct contribution to various projects as well as to providing support to Optum Labs partners. This role will include technical expertise, problem solving, and working with large variety of internal and external team members. Are you looking to grow your expertise in project management? Primary Responsibilities:
- Track various activities and processes
- Serve as a tprocess liaison for working with partners during the onboarding process
- Determine and track time frames, procedures for accomplishing internal OL projects
- Develop the Optum Labs documentation: process descriptions, FAQs, other
- Manage internal Optum Labs projects and ensure they are completed on time and within scope
- Assist in development of the training materials for business partners
- Review pertinent data and facts to identify and solve issues and mitigate risks, prioritize your work load and work on ad hoc projects, as assigned
- Assist with scheduling meeting with partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or in the process of finishing undergraduate school in 2015 or 2016
- Excited about healthcare and Optum Labs mission
- 1+ years of work experience juggling multiple priorities and demonstrating organizational skills.
- High level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
- Excellent time management, organizational, communication and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
- Critical thinking
- Comfort in a startup environment
- Team skills
- Ability to learn new technology and independently solve new challenges
- Live within a commutable distance to the Cambridge, MA Office - telecommuting is NOT an option for this role
