Job Duties Executive Support Manage and maintain schedules, appointments and travel arrangements for GC and SMC Administrative support for Corporate Secretary function at all levels Arrange and coordinate meetings and events Answer and manage incoming calls Liaise with internal staff at all levels Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications Project Support Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings Coordinate project-based work Arrange and coordinate meetings and events Additional Duties Receive and interact with incoming visitors File and retrieve documents and reference materials Assist legal department staff in creating, editing, and revising documents in applications such as:  MS Word, Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc. Other duties as requested   Position Requirements:   At least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant ideally in a law firm or supporting an in house legal function. Significant experience supporting a corporate secretary and a Board of Directors preferred. Previous experience working on political or regulatory matters a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
