Recruiter – Human Resources – Home Care

Home Instead Senior Care in eastern Louisville is one of the largest and fastest growing home care companies in Louisville.  Home Instead Senior Care is seeking a self-motivated and energetic professional to network and attract CAREGivers, as well as develop relationships to encourage referrals from professional sources.  This team member will be working in and out of the office.  This self-starting recruiting role of CAREGivers will also help support other members of the Human Resources team.  Our company is growing, and we need YOU to help support that growth!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Attracting new candidates using both social and print media
  • Screening candidates online, over the phone and in personal interviews
  • Developing recruiting relationships with local resources
  • Creating new recruitment strategies
  • Assisting in coordinating CAREGiver schedules
  • An outgoing personality is required
  • Advanced computer skills, including heavy use of Microsoft Office, Social Media and Online Job Boards required
Job Requirements:
  • 21 years of age or older
  • MUST have at least 2 years of experience in human resources/recruiting
  • Clean Criminal and Background Record
  • Current Driver’s License/Current Auto Insurance
  • Excellent references
  • Four year degree
  • Telemarketing Experience
  • Customer Service Experience
