Job Responsibilities
As a member of the Merchant team, the Internet Coordinator will work with our Buyers to ensure our merchandise is well represented on our website.
Additional responsibilities of the Internet Coordinator include:
- Assist Buyers in item information and Internet staff for data entry
- Write comprehensive descriptions including product details for customers to make an informed purchase online
- Pull merchandise from store stock for photo studio and provide instructions for photography
- Obtain images from manufacturer websites
- Interact with Buyers and Internet staff to develop department presentations
- Interact with Vendors to obtain information needed to represent products online
Job Requirements
Successful candidates for the Internet Coordinator role should have the ability to work with our internal and external teams and provide excellent customer service.
Additional requirements of the Internet Coordinator include:
- Self-starter and creative thinker
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines for concurrent projects
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of the Internet
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs for merchandise transportation from selling floor to office and photo studio pick-up areas
