HIRING LOAN OFFICERS - BASE PLUS COMMISSION (Irvine, CA)
Senior Loan Officers & Bankers - Inbound/Outbound & Direct Mail Leads Plus Live Transfers.
What We Are Looking For:
Licensed Loan Officers With Positive Attitude Looking For A Permanent Home.
Ambitious Professionals Who Can Effectively Convert Our Leads.

E). Our Origination Process is streamlined so you can make more $$$.
F). We provide all of your leads from various different sources so you can close more and make more.
G). Continuous training provided.
Job Requirements:
A). Must be registered and licensed through NMLS
B). Must have recent origination experience.
C). Must be comfortable making and receiving telephone calls.
D). Calyx Point experience is a plus but not required.
E). Close a minimum of 3 1st Lien Mortgages per month
F). Submit 2 files to underwriting per week
G). Complete 3 loan applications per day.
Compensation:
Base plus Commission & Bonuses
Base is $10.00 an hour
Commission is on a Tiered Structure - (We Reward & Maximize Your Performance!)
Benefits:
A). Health & Dental (HMO or PPO) after 90 days of employment.
B). Licensing Program covers your CE requirements as well as your renewals.
