On-Site Construction Secretary The Maine Department of Transportation is now seeking an On-Site Construction Secretary for a long term project! Work in the beautiful town of Ogunquit while aiding the department in its efforts to reconstruct the area's roads and bridges. Your duties may include: *Composing standard correspondence and reports *Administering and scoring examinations *Answering phones and directing walk-in traffic *Providing administrative support to field personnel *Recording and documenting meeting minutes *Assisting with project documentation The successful candidate will: *Be proficient in the use of standard office equipment (computers, printers, fax machines, copiers, etc.) *Possess proficiency with Microsoft Office Software, and Adobe XI Pro *Have strong independent decision making skills *Possess good oral communication skills *Be familiar with the principles and practices of informational presentations This is a part time, long term position working 4 hours per day on a Monday-Friday schedule.
