Benefits Analyst
We have an immediate opening for a Benefits Analyst at our corporate headquarters in St. Louis, MO.

The Benefits Analyst is responsible for the daily administration of employee benefit programs, ensuring accuracy of benefits billing and premiums, ensuring accurate accounting activities as it relates to benefits, assisting employees, Human Resources and Management personnel with benefits related questions.
We are looking for a friendly team worker who is computer proficient, possesses exceptional written and oral communication skills, and has the ability to multitask, perform well under deadlines, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality as it relates to Benefits and Human Resources matters. Prior experience in Benefits and/or Accounting related fields is a plus.

This position will be responsible for the tracking of all insurance plan enrollments, terminations, and fulfillment duties as required by the Affordable Care Act.

Qualifications
A successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
  • Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
  • Demonstrate a stable work history
  • Pass an extensive background screening which includes, but is not limited to, criminal background checks (local, state and federal), drug test, aptitude tests, skills assessment, interviews, and personality profile (behavioral assessment)

The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of relevant Benefits and/or Accounting experience. A college degree (Associates or greater) in business administration or related field is preferred.
