* Providing direct supervision of licensed nurses and other resident care staff; conducting associate performance evaluations and training/counseling associates
* Monitoring staff in administration of medication
* Observing residents' health statuses, taking actions to address concerns, and reporting all significant changes
* Scheduling doctor's visits and communicating the results of the visits
