Job Description:
Warehouse Lead - This is a hands on position where the Lead will be part of the working team at the warehouse facility doing all of the same daily tasks as the workforce. At least 3 years of work experience in a warehouse environment is required to be considered for this position. The successful candidate has experience in managing a staff, interviewing, training and good leadership and communication skills. In additional to normal warehouse equipment the company also operates single axle delivery trucks, the successful candidate will have strong mechanical skills and experience with regard to small trucks as well as typical warehouse equipment such as stock pickers, fork lifts and other warehouse tools.
Duties Include:
• Receiving Product & Product return
• Training staff
• Scheduling, Vacation planning & approving time cards
• Maintaining adequate inventory of shipping & office supplies
• Scheduling Preventative maintenance of delivery trucks & warehouse equipment
• Facility Maintenance
Company provides a medical dental program PTO: Company has 5 paid holidays. Provides one week paid vacation at one year and two weeks paid vacation at two years. Increases annually after two years.
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00. + O.T. (Overtime is expected and varies based on the season or special circumstances)
Per company guidelines must pass Colorado Background check, 5-panel drug screen and have a clean MVR
