Responsibilities:
Actively participate in the development, review, and filing of quarterly and annual financial reports submitted to the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Should have a complete understanding of financial statement preparation, including footnotes. Must have prior experience developing statement of cash flows for a large company. Strong analytical and communications skills (written and oral) are required, as well as familiarity with Office software and general ledger systems. The successful candidate will be able to apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and have experience working with external auditors. Familiarity with international operations is a plus. Additionally, this position develops and files financial information with other regulatory agencies and should be able to identify and source data from various systems and departments within the company.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience plus a minimum of five years experience in related field.
Other Information:
Requires strong analytical and problem solving skills and knowledge of GAAP. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Master’s preferred.
