Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Screens phone calls, e-mails, visitors and resolves routine and some complex  inquiries

Prepares memoranda, reports, agenda, etc.

Schedules and maintains calendars of appointments, meeting and travel itineraries

Coordinates scheduling and sets up conference call/staff meetings.

Communicates with Executive Administrators and line personnel to gather or convey information

Maintains confidential files/information

Maintains/inputs travel expense vouchers, employee time reporting and vacation schedules

Performs special tasks/projects as required

Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Knowledge and Skills

Three or more years Executive Administrative experience or comparable work/education experience

Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) programs, Lotus Notes and solid Internet utilization capabilities

Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to multi-task and meet critical deadlines

Ability to recognize and work effectively under pressure

Ability to solve problems and work with minimum supervision

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Excellent accuracy capabilities with impeccable attention to detail

Professional telephone manner with excellent internal and external customer service skills

 Bachelors or equivalent experience preferred
