MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION:
Real Estate License (do not apply if you do not have current license)
Must join Board of Realtors (MLS)
Fluent in English and any other language is a plus
Experience assisting Residential & Commercial buyers, sellers, investors, landlords and tenants,
Knowledge of Residential and/or Commercial Standard Contracts, Forms, Addendums
Must be available to work minimum five days a week,
PC or Mac, Smart Phone, iPad, Printer, Scanner, Fax. Etc.
Professional Attire, Punctuality, Honesty, Motivation
