Goodwill Industries is seeking a passionate staff member who will promote and uphold Goodwill's Mission, values and philosophy by providing vocational services, tools and resources to assist individuals in your community obtain immediate employment.
Responsible for services provided include: employment counseling, appropriate job lead referrals, coaching on job search strategies, assisting with application materials, writing resumes, and to provide information and referral services to overcome employment barriers. Provide training to employees, volunteers and program participants assigned to Job Connections as well as facilitate workshops.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and must be able to pass a UA - these are non-negotiable. Associates or Bachelor's degree in rehabilitation, social work, business or related field, or two to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
