Inventory Support Specialist is to ensure accurate and
efficient storage, stocking and distribution of IT assets and consumables.
Analyzes inventory in systems
Identifies and correct issues, maximize inventory availability and order fulfillment
Proactively addresses all issues that would impede maximum use of inventory
Keeps inventory racks in order
Updates inventory systems
Pulls inventory for requesters
Inspects, sort and stock reclaimed equipment and accessories
Escalates issues to upper management
Reports to Planner/Analyst for the following reasons; any equipment needing repair
or when inventory needs to be ordered
Assist planner with asset tagging, data gathering and data entry
Performs cycle counts
Assist with EWASTE
Achieves service levels for timeliness and accuracy
Shift: 4th Shift Monday & Friday 10: 30pm - 7am, Saturday & Sunday 6: 00pm - 7: 00am
