DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support and ensure compliance with current HCSA Quality System.
Maintain vendor selection, supplier performance improvement, and supplier concerns.
Assist in the resolution of quality concerns that relate to supplier parts.
Perform quality audits at the supplier locations and approve new suppliers as required.
Participate in Supplier Performance Improvement Teams as required.
Monitor and track Supplier performance. Summarize and Track Monthly Supplier chargeback's and Quality downtime.
Create inspection standards for receiving and dock audits.
Manage all supplier generated quality issues including following up on problem solving efforts and reporting all results.
Approve supplier PPAP/ISIR submissions for new model launch and all EO changes. Responsible for receiving and approving IMDS submissions from suppliers.

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Quality or related field.
2 to 3 years experience in a manufacturing plant automotive experience preferred.
Good computer skills to include EXCEL.
Strong supervisory skills, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Basic quality systems knowledge and system auditing experience.
Ability to read blueprints and SPC Knowledge.
Experience monitoring suppliers and ensuring supplier compliance with company requirements
