Client Solution Implementation Director - Telecommute

Primary Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy large scale implementation plans around application, infrastructure, security layers
  
• Communicate and present solutions to C-Level Suite
  
• Complete RFI-RFP requests around implementation and deployment of solutions
  
• Coordinate and integrate 3rd party vendors within solution plans
  
• Oversee implementation and deployments of solutions by implementation teams

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of Technology leadership
  
• 15 years of senior contributor/ work stream owner experience in cross enterprise major programs, preferably with external business partners
  
• Strong knowledge in benefits administration
  
• Strong experience in defining metrics in partnership with vendor partners and external customers
  
• Strong experience in roadmap planning, release and delivery planning, and partnering with multiple internal teams
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to take extremely complex messages, simplify these, and deliver these with clarity
  
• 10+ years implementing and deploying 3 tier architecture solutions
  
• 10+ years of high level architecture design
  
• 10+ years of business case development
  
• 10+ years managing solution implementation teams
  
• Bachelors Degree
