The Sr. Compensation Analyst will also be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of compensation policies, plans and procedures.   Job Duties   Provide compensation support and guidance to the Compensation Manager and HR Business Partners on a variety of projects that include program design, analysis, budgeting and implementation of new programs Research and resolve simple to complex issues/inquiries related to compensation plans, processes and tools; provide clear advice and recommendations Responsible for core compensation processes, including base enterprise-wide pay administration (salary banding, market pricing) and incentive pay programs (short-term incentives, long-term incentives, equity) that support the business needs and objectives Assist in the development and execution of compensation processes and procedures to streamline initiatives such as annual reviews, job evaluation, merit budgets, salary structure adjustments, FLSA status and compliance, and equity administration Develop and maintain job descriptions; conduct job evaluations; work with HR Business Partners and management to understand and define the role; determine exemption status, market range and job alignment within salary structure   Position Requirements   5-8 years compensation experience, including consulting and internal roles Customer service orientation Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, and establish relationships Good financial acumen; analytical and creative problem solving skills; strong attention to detail Trustworthy; maintains confidentiality High attention to detail and accuracy HRIS system experience preferred Strong analytical thinker with ability to interpret data and propose recommendations Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas/information related to compensation   At Aaron’s, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:   Paid time off including vacation days, sick days and holidays Ongoing training and development Medical, dental & vision insurance 401(k) plan Life insurance Disability benefits Employee Purchase Discounts A drug screen and criminal background investigation are required before beginning employment at Aaron’s.  A job performance reference check is also required.   Aaron’s is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
