We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Enterprise Service Desk.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Requirements

A top company in San Antonio is currently looking for an experienced HELP DESK TECHNICIAN with an ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE to join their team for a 12 month engagement with possible extensions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Provides first level Service Desk support to external state/federal clients via telephone and email
-Accurately creates tickets and logs/ tracks all calls
-Provides accurate, timely, and professional resolution on all supported issues
-Ensures timely and professional follow up on all calls
-Quickly identifies and controls high priority issues
-Accurately escalates tickets per departmental procedures
-Efficiently and accurately resolves all assigned tickets
-Delivers high-quality customer service and support

REQUIREMENTS:

-HS Diploma or GED
-ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE (Applicants without an Active Secret Clearance will NOT be considered)
-At least 1 year Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Client Technical Service experience
-Experience with an incident tracking system such as Remedy or HEAT
-Technical expertise in the areas of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (9X, NT, 2000, 2003, XP), Network Connectivity, MS Outlook, MS Office, Lotus Notes, Internet Technology, VPN/Remote Access, Printers, and Wireless Networking Technology
-Excellent customer service, communication, critical thinking and problem solving skills

Shift: candidates must be willing to work all shifts (first 1-2 months will be a 1st shift schedule for training, followed by primarily a 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift schedule)
