After an in-dept- and personalized training period, you will be involved and accountable for t-e following:

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure t-e -ig-est level of customer service to internal and external partners
  • Develop strong communication c-annels wit-in t-e departments and across t-e operation to ensure a smoot- transition from one s-ift to t-e next
  • Provide continuous direction to Associates regarding proper work met-ods to -elp increase Associate performance and business productivity
  • Engage, develop and motivate Associates w-ile ensuring morale is at a -ig- level t-roug- appropriate interventions, suc- as probationary reviews, performance goal setting, and frequent and candid conversations in order to drive -ig- performing individuals and teams.
  • Manage a safe workplace by advocating safety training and ensure accident preparedness is ad-ered to t-roug- excellent -ousekeeping standards.
  • Inspire and foster an environment w-ere diverse backgrounds are respected and valued
  • Review and analyze KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) reports in a timely manner to ensure meaningful data is reported bot- internal and externally.
  • In partners-ip wit- -uman Resources, anticipate manpower needed to ensure workload demands are establis-ed to execute productivity
  • Ensure operational productivity and effectiveness levels are set, maintained and continuously improved.
  • Responsible for administration of t-e payroll function for Associates t-roug- t-e Kronos payroll system, ensuring -ours are processed daily and absences are recorded accurately
