As a Taleo Sr. Business Analyst, we are looking for someone to play a key role in working with our Talent Acquisition team to support our Taleo Applicant Tracking System. We are looking for someone to support end users and help deliver new functionalities.


 


Responsibilities include but not limited to:



  • Support system upgrades including reviewing Taleo release notes regarding new functionality, system testing and executing on the communication plan for vendors, candidates, and internal users

  • Perform analyses, develop solutions to business problems/opportunities, and document requirements as it relates to the ATS

  • Monitor integrations between Taleo and other key Talent Acquisition technologies

  • Maintain integrity and accuracy of the ATS database and add/modify as business requirements change

  • Document process improvements and functionality in a format that can easily be used by internal users

  • Support Taleo users with ongoing maintenance of Taleo application and troubleshooting

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Requirements

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years Taleo Administration experience

  • Previous implementation and support experience to include: requirements gathering, creation of functional designs, test conditions/script creation, and execution

  • Demonstrated process improvement, workflow experience

  • Prior experience building and manage relationships across a large enterprise at every level with the ability to influence decisions from top down and bottom up

  • Strong organization skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities

Assets:



  • Previous experience with Taleo Connect Client

  • Project Management experience
