Provide safe,
compassionate care according to patients' individualized plans of care. Care is
included, but not limited to: Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting,
ambulation, and companionship.  CNA will cover continuous care hospice
cases as needed. They will work 8-12 hour shifts at a time.



Positions in this function are responsible for the hands on delivery of care
for patients in their home or assisted living facilities.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:




  • High School Diploma/GED.

  • 1+ year Hospice or Home Health experience.

  • Valid/Current
    Alabama CNA certification.

  • Current
    CPR certification.

  • Ability
    to create, copy, edit, send & save using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.



Preferred Qualifications:




  • Experience
    in a LTC (Long term Care facility).
