Customer Healthcare Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Growing Healthcare Nonprofit in Chicago Loop is Hiring Long Term Broker Service Representatives and Customer Service Representatives!

Close to Public Transportation, Beautiful Corporate Office, Professional Environment.

Temporary to Permanent Opportunity, Full Time Hours, M-F, 1st Shift Hours

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 2+ recent years in patient, provider, physician and/or healthcare call center customer service position

- Business to Business exp. preferred, but not required

- Bachelor's Degree Preferred

- Desire to get foot in the door with a growing company

DUTIES:
- Look up and verify eligibility
- Locate and issue ID's if missing
- Handle invoicing questions
- Check on claims statuses
- Print/mail EOB's
- Explain benefits offerings (3 plans)
- Verify pre-certifications for surgery
