Job Description
Responsible for demonstrating skill in food preparation, display and service, which is in compliance with all regulatory standards (e.g. JCAHO, Medicare, Texas Department of Health and City Health Department of Dallas), in accordance with HACCP guidelines. Accurately and efficiently prepares meals for room service operations as well as cafeteria, physician's dining & catering as directed. Responsible for maintaining all kitchen utensils, equipment and physical surfaces in a safe and sanitary manner. Accurately completes daily reports, cleaning checklists, and temperature logs.
IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR Cook – Dining Room - Cafeteria .
Minimum of 1 year experience in high volume fine dining, restaurant, hotel or country club is preferred.
Healthcare experience a plus.
