Aerotek is looking for Customer Service Reps for a customer in Lenexa, KS.
The Patient Service Rep is responsible for taking inbound calls and making outbound calls related to setting up specialty medication orders. They will work with medical providers, customers, and other pharmacy staff to ensure patients receive their specialty medication in a timely manner. Candidates should have a basic knowledge of prescriptions. Experienced either working in a pharmacy, physicians office, hospital, insurance company, call center in a similar role. Multitasking is a must.
