Brickstone is seeking fresh entry-level candidates to join our growing team! Brickstone seeks entry-level candidates to fill our Account Executive positions. We believe in a no seniority based business where we want to completely cross- train someone in every aspect of entry level sales, entry level management, entry level marketing, and entry level client and campaign development. Entry Level is just the beginning! We want long term MANAGERS!
A typical day for someone in the entry level at Brickstone will involve some or all of the following:
* FULLY PAID entry level sales and marketing training
* IN HOUSE training and entry level hands on experience with customers and clients
* Leadership and coaching development
* One on one sales interactions with clients and customers (lead based)
* Work shops, leadership seminars, conferences, and conference calls
* A FUN, full of life team environment (we may give a few high fives)
* Constant growth, and ability to take on new and challenging responsibilities
* Involvement with planning philanthropic events locally
* Interaction with Fortune 500 clients and campaign managers
* Exciting Travel opportunities in the PNW and across the country
