Coating Operator

I am currently seeking 4 - 5 machine operators and material handlers to work in the Newburyport, Ma area. These positions require employees to be comfortable operating coating/metalizing machines.�� These machines will be run by teams of two to three and will require a very close attention to detail.�� Forklft experience is a plus!

Job Description:

-Perform Fil Coating machine setups and operations to apply adhesives, release and/or cover coatings to polyester film.
-Material handling and finished product delivery to holding areas.
-setup and operator single or multiple operations coating machines to apply adhesives, colors, pigments, releases, and coatings polyester film.
-Make Required Film splices and rethreads of broken films.
-Record production run quantities, job orders, product and materials used, machinery down times.
-Transport Processed materials into storage or holding areas by forklift.
