Personal Sales Executive

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Sales oriented position requiring advanced communication skills. Capable of aggressively personal lines accounts and retaining book of personal lines business.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Achieve sales and other objectives as agreed upon
* New business growth adequate to maintain and grow overall accounts
* Develop and maintain pipeline of prospects which will allow for achievement of sales and retention goals
* Collect detailed risk and underwriting information
* Refer clients and prospects to other divisions when necessary
* Establish and follow through on service time lines
* Attend all sales meetings as required
* Follow agency E&O and work flow produces
* Obtain required licenses and continuing education

REQUIREMENTS:

• Property & Casualty License
• 2+ years sales experience
• Cold calling and lead generation experience
• Knowledge on personal and commercial lines of insurance
