About this job
This position is for a Press Brake Operator. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Operating a 750 Ton Cincinatti Brake Press.
- Bending 1/2, 3/4 and 1 inch steel
- Efficiently operating the Mechanical Press Brake in such a manner as to maximize productivity, quality, yields and safety.
- Operating to form the product according to blueprint specs using the correct material thickness width and length.
- Must be able to look at and read entire blueprint to calculate tonnage of part.
- Must layout the bend lines and sequence of bends.
- Must check first article inspection and make adjustments to meet dimensions.
