Currito Burritos Without Borders is currently looking for talented customer service focused employees for our new Florence Currito. Come join our team!
Experience is a plus, but it is not necessary.
The cashier is responsible for greeting all customers, explaining the menu, and taking orders.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Fantastic Customer Service is job #1!
1. Greet customers with a smile and follow all of Currito's brand standards for customer interactions
2. Have an in-depth knowledge of the brand and menu and answer customer's questions about both.
3. Compassionately handle all customer issues and report them to the Manager on duty.
Handle Cash Accurately:
4.Take payment from all customers and have an even drawer at the end of each shift.
Help Out and Maintain Clean Work Areas
5. Ensure staff and customer safety comes first
6. Keep your station clean and well organized
7. Help on the line, smoothie station, or on prep as needed
8. Keep the front of the house and the patio clean and clutter free for our customers (clearing trays, wiping off tables sweeping, and taking out the trash)
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
2. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds required
3. Knowledge of customer service a plus
4. Knowledge point of sale systems a plus
UNIFORM
All cashiers must wear a Currito shirt during their shift along with either black dress pants or jeans. Pants must be in good condition with no tears, cuts, or holes. A general professional look is required with no more then one ring, and no large earrings.
