Business Excellence Asst 1

PURPOSE:
Provide time studies on various programs to initiate standards & capacity planning
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES / DUTIES:
Initiate time studies on various programs, initiate process improvements, suggest cycle time reductions, observe current processes and recommend improvements to worker efficiency, execute 5S projects, analyze facility process flow charts and design facility layouts for new product lines.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: (include experience required with specific software applications, equipment, or specific certifications and education requirements such as MSME, MSEE, APICS, etc)
REQUIRED Basic Qualifications (must have skills):
Excellent communication skills, ability to collect data after observations, cooperative in a team environment

PREFERRED Qualifications (nice to have skills):
Microsoft Excel experience to document data

Education or Training:
Diploma/Bachelor Degree with 1 year of experience
