Janitor

Typical day would include getting the job location and what's tasks need to be done. Delegating the duties to the crew and seeing the project from start to finish.
Great would be someone who has leadership experience along with this passion for cleaning floors. This is a career opportunity for someone and that what type of person we need.
Must be able to think on their own, will be trained but then expected to go our on their own and know what to do, also must know what equipment to take and what cleaning supplies to take.

Cleaning, refurbishing and floor stripping of office buildings. Each facility will be different but you will use the 10 step process to stripping and waxing the floors. They will clear and clean the floors. Then they will use the equipment to wax and refurbish the flooring.

They will not have a set schedule or hours. They will be working when most everyone is not. The facilities have to be cleared before they are able to clean.

Working 50 hours per week.

Working in different office buildings, hotels, manufacturing facilities.Working across metro Detroit. Traveling in a company vehicle to each facility. They need to be comfortable walking in any type of manufacturing environment. Required to wear a company shirt. Work boot and jeans. ��

Must
Janitor, stripping, flooring, carpet cleaning, mop, waxing, floor scrubbing, supervisor, tile cleaning, clean driving record, detailed.

Plus
VCT certified, Tile, ITCRC certified

Must have some type of mechanical aptitude. Looking for someone who can do some basic troubleshooting if a machine turns off. They will be running floor scrubbers, waxers and moppers. Would be plus if they were VCT certified or ITCRC certified
