Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Physician Recruiter to join our team. We are looking for someone that is familiar with what goes into recruiting Medical Professionals and maintaining relationships.This position requires a goal oriented self-starter, who can come in and hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will already have built a rapport with medical providers, Physicians, Mid-Levels, etc., who can be contacted about our opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process so that they understand their status. Ensure that candidate's status is documented for each call or action.
* Use and maintain applicant tracking system in a way that is consistent with RPS policies.
* Provide additional support to RPS as needed
Desired Skills & Experience
Summary of Experience
* 5 - 7 years of physician recruiting experience
* Current candidate base of California licensed Physicians & Mid-Levels
* Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
* BA/BS degree strongly preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Superior communication (both oral and written), interpersonal and consultative skills
* Strong candidate assessment skills
* In-depth knowledge of internet sourcing and passive recruitment strategies
* Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
* Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Ability to influence, consult and negotiate
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Strong understanding of compensation, benefits and training as they relate to medical staffing
