Due to growth, we are seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented individual as a Selling Branch Manager for the North Houston market in Spring, TX.

Compensation/Benefits include:
Base salary $60-$70K plus uncapped commission
Quarterly incentive programs

The Branch Manager is responsible for generating new business through outside sales activities including cold calls, prospecting, telemarketing, territory planning and client relationship building. They have the bottom line full P/L responsibility for the Branch's performance. This position includes a high degree of autonomy thus requires a proven track record as a self-starter with proved performance as a seasoned sales pro blended with management experience.

Requirements include:
3+ years documented success in outside business-to-business sales experience required
2+ years management experience preferred (managing people in an office environment)
Industry experience a plus
Documented records of sales achievements are required
Demonstrated skills in prospecting and generating new business is required
Excellent closing skills
Proven track record in the ability to hire, train, motivate and mentor staff
Strong sales presentation and consultative selling skills both in-person and on the phone
Effective rapport building and relationship management skills
Ability to take initiative and manage time efficiently
