Qualifications:
Salt Lake City Business Banking Group is seeking a Credit Analysis Manager to manage a team of analysts. Responsible for managing credit analysis activities. Functions include: ensuring growth, quality and profitability of portfolio; creating and implementing established lending limits; conducting portfolio credit reviews; implementing tracking and performance mechanisms; reviewing departmental reports with senior management and making presentations as needed; interfacing with other departments and/or customers to resolve credit analysis issues; ensuring all procedures are in compliance with government regulations and Bank policies.
7+ years credit analysis experience and 2+ years management experience. Experience analyzing, underwriting and presenting (both verbally and written) complex credit transactions within business or commercial banking. Experience analyzing/formalizing documentation of loan transactions and/or credit history of customers; experience performing research/analysis related to projects such as industry studies and management reports. Proven ability to interact with Senior Credit Officers and Senior Management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
