EMS PASS Business Process Consultant - Eden Prairie, MN - Full-time / Part-time

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create, control and improve end-to-end business processes


• Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities


• Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools


• Create quality reporting, analysis and audits for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools


• Assist in the creation, implementation and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programs


• Perform process assessments and partnering with internal customers to implement improvements


• Partner with EMS PASS leaders and business partners to identify processes in need of assessment (Initial area of focus is Consumer Sales and Service (CSS) Transformation. Other projects will be assigned as capacity allows)


• Perform service assessments (This role will be responsible for contributing to the service assessment including the output report and possible follow up project work related to the assessment)


• Provide project management support


• Participation in industry events and industry conferences when appropriate


• Other duties as assigned to support the goals of the EMS/OPx team

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or equivalent work experience


• 3+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines


• Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with SQL


• Previous Healthcare Industry experience


• Previous Team Lead or Project Lead experience
