Position Description:
Use your operational analytical skills to design/develop, program, maintain and publish reports. Make solid recommendations based on the analysis and provide explanations for reporting results for both internal operations and our customers. You must be self-directed and creative as you will deal with some very interesting and complex issues. As a key resource to others you must maintain a high degree of accuracy along with attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to always meet deadlines.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify Value Opportunities by procedures.
- Measure the Clinical effectiveness of program referrals.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Maintain necessary documentation.
- Solutioning for non standard requests and problems.
- Acts as a resource for others.
- Fulfill Ad-hoc Reporting and Data Analysis requests.
- Perform Issue resolution and identify key Process Improvement opportunities.
- Assess and interprets customer Reporting or Analysis needs. Provide feedback to Supervisor on issues identified and potential solutions.
- Reports key operating Metrics to the business and demonstrates a clear understanding of how those metrics impact the business.
- Serve as SME in discussions around data and findings.
- Researches and analyzes providing solutions to non-standard questions.
- Complete special projects and additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2+ years of experience performing Data Analysis and Report development.
- 2+ years SAS experience.
- 1+ years experience using MS Excel, MS Access and MS PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Crystal Reports.
- Experience with SQL Server.
