Use your operational analytical skills to design/develop, program, maintain and publish reports. Make solid recommendations based on the analysis and provide explanations for reporting results for both internal operations and our customers. You must be self-directed and creative as you will deal with some very interesting and complex issues. As a key resource to others you must maintain a high degree of accuracy along with attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to always meet deadlines. 

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Identify Value Opportunities by procedures.
  • Measure the Clinical effectiveness of program referrals.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Maintain necessary documentation.
  • Solutioning for non standard requests and problems.
  • Acts as a resource for others.
  • Fulfill Ad-hoc Reporting and Data Analysis requests.
  • Perform Issue resolution and identify key Process Improvement opportunities.
  • Assess and interprets customer Reporting or Analysis needs.  Provide feedback to Supervisor on issues identified and potential solutions.
  • Reports key operating Metrics to the business and demonstrates a clear understanding of how those metrics impact the business.
  • Serve as SME in discussions around data and findings.
  • Researches and analyzes providing solutions to non-standard questions.
  • Complete special projects and additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2+ years of experience performing Data Analysis and Report development.
  • 2+ years SAS experience.
  • 1+ years experience using MS Excel, MS Access and MS PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Crystal Reports.
  • Experience with SQL Server.
