Supervisor position at our Henderson, Colorado location. This is an excellent
opportunity for motivated self-starters who want to enhance their skills with a
company whose reputation speaks for itself.
You will be responsible for training, appraising, and supervising
shop personnel utilizing the most cost and effective means for maintenance and
repair of all rental and service equipment. You will also insure all service
calls are handled in a professional manner.

In-depth knowledge of Internal Combustion Engines (both gas and diesel), DC Electrical Systems, Propane Systems, Hydraulics, Track Equipment, Aerial Equipment, and Heavy Trucks/Automotive Minimum of 3 years of shop supervisory experience or 5 years of general management experience Direct the work of mechanics, evaluate proficiency of mechanics, provide training, prioritize and schedule work, and evaluate shop operations Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot: Fuel Systems, Electrical Systems, Hydraulic Systems, and Propane Systems. Communicate with internal and external customers Able to perform complete repair and overhaul functions Basic welding techniques Log and record maintenance records in computer Order Parts Maintains a safe and clean work environment Maintain a clean driving record High school degree or GED
