Customer Service Reps - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Customer Service Reps.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Manpower is assisting a local client in recruiting for a current Call Center Representative - Customer Service job in Johnstown, Pa. This is for a long term temporary opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative you will interact with customers via telephone to provide information, process transactions, and reply to inquiries about products and services. You will also be charged with handling and resolving complaints. Candidates must be flexible to work 8AM - 8PM Monday - Friday Responsibilities for this Call Center Representative - Customer Service job include: * Create and foster a great customer service experience * Interfaces with customers to resolve related customer service calls/queries/issues * Verifies contacts and account information * Examines customer problems and implements appropriate corrective action to respond to customer requests * Maintains and creates logs, reports, records and files * Investigates, analyzes, coordinates and tracks complex customer issues and problems * Average 60-70 calls per day Pay rate: $12.00- $14.00 per hour Requirements: Previous call center or telephone customer service experience.
