Team Leaders
As a Team Leader you will need to:
* Be a role model with behavior that motivates and inspires employees
* Ensure compliance with all JIB procedures and standards, the Service Profit Chain and Brand Promise
* Be passionate about providing service to guests and ensuring each experience is of the highest quality
* Demonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality/safety and restaurant cleanliness
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced, high energy, and team-oriented environment
* Willingly accept and comply with Company grooming and appearance standards
* Have the ability to perform basic administrative duties
Job Requirements for Team Leader & Team Member:
o Washington state food handlers requirement
o Minimum Age, 18+ years old
o Pass a drug screening and background check
o 1 year supervisory experience in a customer service business
o Must complete Team Leader training classes
o Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
o Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse groups of people
o Ability to stand and walk approximately 90-95% of shift
o Ability to lift 10-65 lbs
o Ability to operate a computer
o Ability to operate a register
