Do you enjoy creating a Retail environment that inspires, is friendly and exceeds its customers' expectations? In this role as Retail Manager you will be supporting accounts for the Health Care Business Segment located in the northeast. Must be available to travel.
Responsibilities will include overseeing cafeterias, coffee shops and catering. The ideal candidate has strong relationship building abilities and is successful at managing multiple priorities. Your success will be measured by improved customer satisfaction, employee engagement and average daily cash sales.

Position Summary
Maintains food quality and customer service in a cash handling retail food operation that includes branded concepts, in-house formats and signature designs. May assume General Manager's (GM) responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Assists in maintenance of cash control and payroll records. Assists in supporting the financial/Human Resources (HR) functions. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations.
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
