Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services/ Custodial Manager 2 role for an esteemed facility in central PA, Pinnacle Health. This facility is a large inner city health care location with over 500 beds. This position is directly reporting to the Sodexo General Manager and other management as needed. The ideal candidate will lead, train and develop 25-48 employees. Leadership and relationship building is essential for the success of this role. This is a non union environment.
The ideal candidate for this position will have solid knowledge of Sodexo ES Systems and processes including TRAKKAR, UOS, Gold Check, ENGAGE and Black Light inspections. High energy for fast paced environment. Client engagement and patient satisfaction is essential for the success of this role. Individual will need to drive patient satisfaction scores. This is a 2nd shift position with a starting time of 3:00pm and the Environmental Services/Housekeeping Custodial Manager will be required to participate in a rotational "on call" schedule involving rotating weekends and holidays.
Position Summary
Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, Quality Assurance training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to General Manager or Operations Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
