Customer Service Representative Job Description:
- Responsible for fielding inbound and outbound calls, taking payments on behalf of Comcast and Time Warner Cable
- Primary duty is to collect payments and resolve customer service related issues
- Heavy data entry using Microsoft Office
- Maintain highest level of customer service
Qualifications:
- Strong data entry skills (Must be able to type 35-40 words per minute)
- Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalating situations
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft office (outlook, word, excel)
- High school diploma or equivalent
2nd Shift Options:
- M-F 11:45-8:30 (one day off during the week) and Saturday 9-5, 11-7 or 1-9
- M-F 1:15-10 (one day off during the week) and Saturday 9-5, 11-7 or 1-9
- M-F 1:45-10 (one day off during the week) and Saturday 12-9
Compensation: $12.50 per hour
*Training options - M-F 9:00am-5:00pm OR Monday-Friday 5:00pm-10:00pm with Sat 1pm-9pm
