Quality Administrator

Manpower, Inc. of SE Michigan is currently seeking a quality administrator to work for our client in Monroe, MI. This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire position working on day shift. This is a great opportunity for a new college graduate or entry-level candidate to gain more experience. Pay rate will vary between $45,000-55,000 per year depending on experience. Job duties include: * Developing, implementing, and maintaining a quality management system to promote the efficient operation of all departments and to assure a high quality product that meets or exceeds customer's requirements. * Developing, implementing, and maintaining a document control system. * Creating standard methods for data reporting and collection, internal defect control and reduction, change point management, internal auditing, etc. in accordance with customer and industry standards. * Providing a system for the collection of quality KPIs, their analysis, and reporting. * Leading all quality related activity in the plant working in conjunction with production and sales team. * Managing internal audit program, as well as, third party ISO/TS16949: 2009 implementation and certification. * Responding to customer quality issues. * Facilitating root cause analysis and implementation of countermeasures. * Managing final release of finished goods. * Mentoring and training personnel in quality system requirements. Preferred qualifications: * A bachelor's degree; or a high school diploma and one to three years of experience in a similar role. * Excellent writing and communication skills.
