The Melting Pot is looking for a part time Hospitality Manager!
This position boasts of growth potential, financial rewards and positive business impact for growing restaurants!
This position includes but is not limited to:
- Lead a team of hospitality specialists
- Work closely with Open Table to:
- Capture guest information
- Book reservations
- Increase sales through strategic reservation organization strategies
- Have direct impact on sales growth through retail sales and direction of guest traffic flow
- Work directly with location management for direction, support and training
- Receive mentorship for future growth within the company as sales boom
Qualified applicants must:
- Have 3+ years of customer service experience
- Be animated yet sincere
- Have strong time management skills
- Have strong communication skills
- Initiative to execute tasks as directed
- Prior hospitality experience is preferred but not required
- Some college is preferred but not required
- Employ sound judgement for what is best for the guests, the restaurant and the team
- Execute consistent, positive decision making skills
- Execute under moderate stress situations
- Have flexible availability including afternoon and holiday availability
- Basic computer skills include familiarity with Outlook, MS Word, Excel and internet interfaces

Base pay $10+/hour plus tips, commission and bonus potential (DOE)
