Hospitality Manager

The Melting Pot is looking for a part time Hospitality Manager!

This position boasts of growth potential, financial rewards and positive business impact for growing restaurants!

This position includes but is not limited to:

• Lead a team of hospitality specialists
• Work closely with Open Table to:
• Capture guest information
• Book reservations
• Increase sales through strategic reservation organization strategies
• Have direct impact on sales growth through retail sales and direction of guest traffic flow
• Work directly with location management for direction, support and training
• Receive mentorship for future growth within the company as sales boom

Qualified applicants must:

• Have 3+ years of customer service experience
• Be animated yet sincere
• Have strong time management skills
• Have strong communication skills
• Initiative to execute tasks as directed
• Prior hospitality experience is preferred but not required
• Some college is preferred but not required
• Employ sound judgement for what is best for the guests, the restaurant and the team
• Execute consistent, positive decision making skills
• Execute under moderate stress situations
• Have flexible availability including afternoon and holiday availability
• Basic computer skills include familiarity with Outlook, MS Word, Excel and internet interfaces

Base pay $10+/hour plus tips, commission and bonus potential (DOE)
